What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Houlton
Medical facilities need a cleaning relationship, not a one-time visit. The steps below describe how a new client engagement works from initial contact through the 30-day check-in that confirms everything is running to specification.
Walkthrough
We walk the facility with your practice manager or office administrator. We document every cleanable space: exam rooms, restrooms, treatment areas, sterilization rooms, staff areas, waiting areas, and corridors. We note surface types, existing disinfectant dispensers, any areas off-limits to cleaning staff, and any compliance requirements you have flagged. This walkthrough is free and carries no obligation.
Written Scope of Work
Within two business days of the walkthrough we deliver a written scope of work. This document lists every space, every surface category, the disinfectant product to be used, the required dwell time, and the frequency. It is not a marketing document — it is an operational specification. You see exactly what you are buying before you sign anything.
Crew Assignment
We assign a consistent crew to your facility. Medical cleaning is not a service where rotating unfamiliar staff through a facility each week is acceptable. Your crew learns the layout, the protocol, and the specific requirements of your practice type. Staff changes are communicated in advance and the replacement is briefed on your scope before their first visit.
First Clean
The first clean is a detail clean — longer than a standard maintenance visit. This establishes a baseline. Any areas that require remediation before routine maintenance protocols can begin are identified and addressed. You receive a brief written summary of the first clean including any items flagged for follow-up.
30-Day Check-In
After 30 days we meet with your contact — by phone or in person — to review performance against the scope of work. If anything is not meeting the standard, we document it and correct it at no additional charge. This check-in is scheduled, not optional. We initiate it; you do not have to chase us for it.
Response Time Commitment
During active contract hours, we respond to service issues — a missed area, a product complaint, an urgent cleaning need before a state inspection — within one business day. For urgent situations involving patient safety, call (866) 958-8773 directly. We do not hide behind a ticketing system for clinical facilities.
